Chocolate Pudding Rolls

Ingredients

1 packet of Ideal Protein Chocolate Pancake
1 package of Ideal Protein Caramel or Chocolate Pudding
1 packet of Ideal Protein Chocolate Drink Mix (optional)
7-9 oz water

Instructions

  1. Add 3-4 oz of water to the Ideal Protein Chocolate Pancake & Muffin mix – you will want it to be a bit runny to create a thin pancake
  2. In a skillet, cook the thin pancake thoroughly on both sides and let cool
  3. While the pancake is cooling, mix the Ideal Protein Vanilla Pudding with 4-5 oz cold water and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes
  4. When the pancake is completely cool, spread a layer of the pudding over the top
  5. Roll the pancake up with Saran Wrap to keep the shape
  6. Refrigerate
  7. Create the optional topping by adding just enough water to the Ideal Protein Chocolate Drink Mix to create a thick “sauce”
  8. Unwrap the refrigerated roll and drizzle with this mixture
  9. Enjoy your pudding roll or cut into smaller pieces for the perfect party “finger food”
