Stuffed Bell Peppers

Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • 2Lb. Ground Turkey (or Chicken)
  • 1 Large Zucchini Diced
  • 1/4 Head of Cabbage Diced
  • 4 Scallions Chopped
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth (or Vegetable)
  • 6 Bell peppers seeded

Instructions

  1. Brown Turkey in Tbsp Olive Oil until browned
  2. Add Zucchini, Cabbage, Scallions, 2/3 Broth and season to taste with Garlic Salt and Pepper
  3. Cut tops off Peppers and clean out the seeds, then microwave for 3 minutes on high
  4. Fill Peppers with Mix
  5. Place in an oven safe dish add remaining 1/3 cup of broth to bottom of dish
  6. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes

Turnip Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 Turnip
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat to 425F
  2. Peel Turnip and cut into sticks or wedges
  3. Place in large bowl and toss with Olive Oil to lightly coat
  4. Place seasonings in resealable bag and shake until Turnip is evenly coated with spices
  5. Spread out on to baking sheet
  6. Bake for 10 minutes
  7. Turn and bake of additional 10 minutes
  8. Serve with Walden Farms Ketchup

Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 Ideal Protein Dark Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 Pinch of Ideal Salt
  • 1 Splenda
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Beat 2 Egg Whites with Salt, Lemon Juice, and Splenda
  2. Mix IP Pudding to directions
  3. Fold Eggs (Don’t Beat) into Pudding
  4. Refrigerate for one hour
  5. Serve

  • 1 Ideal Protein Dark Chocolate Pudding
  • 2 oz Water

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients fork
  2. Refrigerate
  3. Serve

Ingredients

  • 1 Ideal Protein Wildberry Yogurt
  • 1 Ideal Protein Raspberry Mousse
  • 1 Ideal Protein Vanilla Crispy Square
  • 3 Tbsp Walden Farms Strawberry Fruit Spread

Instructions

  1. Prepare Wildberry Yogurt with 4 oz Water (refrigerate)
  2. Prepare Raspberry Mousse (refrigerate)
  3. Break 1/2 the Vanilla Crisp into bottom of dish/cup
  4. Add a layer of Yogurt
  5. Add a layer of Mousse
  6. Add a layer of Crisp
  7. Keep adding layers until all ingredients are used
  8. Top with Walden Farms Fruit Spread
